Now Hiring: Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Representative (Spanish/English)
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18/hour

Join a growing, full-service contractor licensing company that supports entrepreneurs in launching and expanding their businesses. From exam preparation to licensing, insurance, and bonding, we provide end-to-end solutions—and we’re looking for someone who can deliver excellent service while identifying opportunities to better serve our clients.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and clarity
Handle incoming calls and route them efficiently
Provide accurate information about services and guide clients through their options
Follow up with warm leads and existing clients—no cold calling required
Recommend and upsell relevant services based on client needs
Maintain organized and detailed client records
Support daily administrative tasks and contribute to a well-run office
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless client experience

What We’re Looking For:

Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required
Confidence in a sales-oriented role, including upselling services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance
A customer-first mindset with a problem-solving approach
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
Basic computer skills and comfort using phone systems
