We’re seeking a full-time, remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in French Canadian and English. This role supports a high-volume contact center handling inbound/outbound calls, email inquiries, and insurance document processing. Candidates must be fully fluent in both languages and comfortable navigating multiple systems while delivering excellent customer service.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
Remote
Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Higher volume of English calls, but full French/English fluency is required
Compensation
$22–25/hr target range
Open to slightly higher for strong experience

Key Responsibilities
Process incoming documents and accurately enter customer information
Handle inbound/outbound calls in both French Canadian and English
Respond to email-based customer service requests
Research and resolve routine to moderately complex issues; escalate when needed
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records
Prioritize tasks to meet business objectives
Participate in team initiatives and process improvements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Fluent in French Canadian and English (spoken, written, reading)
Minimum 1 year of customer service or contact center experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Typing speed: 40 WPM or 8,000 KPH
Experience with email support and/or chat preferred
Ability to multitask across multiple systems
Professional, clear phone presence
Preferred Experience
Insurance or high-volume contact center experience
Strong data entry background
Success Factors
