Job Title: Customer Service Administrator (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Location: Ontario, CA (100% onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Overview
The Customer Service Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in being the “go-to” person in the office. The right candidate will be upbeat, solution-oriented, bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable working in a family-oriented business setting.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming phone calls; serve as the main office contact
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Schedule deliveries and coordinate with operations, dispatch, and drivers
Provide over-the-counter customer service and sales support
Communicate with customers regarding order status, scheduling, and inquiries
Support daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and general office coordination
Assist with problem-solving and issue resolution as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications & Skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or office coordination
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Positive attitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
