Position Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Collector (English/Portuguese) to join our team in a customer-focused collections role. The ideal candidate has prior collections experience and a strong customer service background, with the ability to build positive relationships while managing past-due accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Perform collection activities with existing account holders.
Communicate professionally in both English and Portuguese.
Manage delinquent accounts and follow established collection procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service while encouraging timely payments.
Qualifications
3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in collections.
Strong customer service skills and the desire for long-term employment.
Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
Work Schedule
Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekends off unless overtime is offered.
Additional Information
Opportunities for bonus incentives may be available after conversion to permanent status.
Benefits are provided once the position becomes permanent.
