Our well-known Fort Worth based client is seeking a Bilingual Collections Specialist (Spanish). As a Collections Specialist, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, primarily servicing Car/Van accounts, in a fast-paced outbound call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage early-stage delinquency accounts (1–30 days past due) through outbound interactions to prevent escalation into higher-risk stages.
• Communicate with customers to clarify balances, resolve issues, and encourage timely payments.
• Support collection efforts on escalated or higher-delinquency accounts as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) – required.
• Auto finance or collections experience – preferred.
• Excellent phone presence with experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
Hours of Operation:
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST
