Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager/ Account Manager to lead and expand our family product line in the North American market. This role focuses on strategic market development, client relationship management, sales team leadership, and driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the business development strategy for our family product line in North America, driving market expansion and brand visibility.
Build and grow the local client base through targeted outreach, relationship-building, and strategic partnerships.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued cooperation.
Conduct regular client visits to troubleshoot order-related issues, provide professional guidance, and deliver effective solutions.
Collect, analyze, and report market intelligence to track industry trends and support informed decision-making.
Analyze client profiles and segment customer data to implement focused sales strategies.
Manage and coach the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals and profitability targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in English, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
Bilingual Chinese
Willing and able to travel for business as required.
Minimum of 3 years Water park or water equipment work experience
Proven expertise in market research, customer acquisition, business negotiation, and resource integration.
Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
