We are hiring a Bilingual Call Center Representative.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Primary point of contact for the Customer and Outside Sales Rep for order placement and coordination with facility production group.
* Process orders and new items received from Customers and Sales Reps using HRMS system.
* Track orders, initiate changes and expedite orders per Customer or Sales Rep requests and communicating appropriately.
* Maintain organized customer files.
* Manage on hand inventory levels and reconciles to Customer orders, forecasts and just in time schedules, this includes taking physical inventory at month end.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 2-3 years experience.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish.
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Strong working knowledge of computer systems including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
