Job Summary

We are hiring a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity in San Juan, PR. This onsite role supports healthcare providers by assisting with eligibility, billing, claims, and payment inquiries in a professional call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls from healthcare providers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist callers with eligibility, billing, claims, and payment-related inquiries.
- Use internal systems to research information, resolve questions, and provide accurate support.
- Document call details clearly and maintain accurate customer and case information.
- Follow established call center procedures, service standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support a bilingual customer base.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $13.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Work location: 100% onsite in San Juan, PR.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Full availability required Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 9:00pm.
- Start date: October 19.
- Opportunity: Long-term assignment with potential for permanent placement.
- Weekly pay with direct deposit.
- Accrued vacation and sick leave.
- Christmas bonus, subject to eligibility.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Handle provider inbound calls related to healthcare service inquiries.
- Research and resolve eligibility, billing, claims, and payment questions.
- Accurately document call activity and update internal systems.
- Deliver professional bilingual customer service in a call center setting.

- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, office, or administrative roles.
- Good computer skills and ability to navigate internal systems.
- Strong verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain professional, organized, and accurate in a high-volume call environment.
- Must have full availability Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 9:00pm.
- Must be available to complete the first 16 weeks without planned PTO.

Preferred Qualifications

- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience handling provider, insurance, billing, claims, eligibility, or payment inquiries is a plus.
