Client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Medical Records department with clerical and administrative tasks. Key duties include updating systems, drafting letters and applications, mailing and tracking record requests, processing incoming medical and billing records, reviewing visit dates, and handling invoice payments. The role also involves general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and electronic service. Candidates should have at least one year of office experience (legal background preferred), strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of work under deadlines. Typing speed of 30–40 WPM and proficiency in WordPerfect, Acrobat, Word, Excel, and databases are preferred. Some college coursework is a plus.
