Pay: $22–$25/hour (based on experience)
We’re looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in DTLA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone organized, proactive, and tech-savvy.
Key Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
3–5 years of administrative support experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Additional software skills (e.g. QuickBooks, ERP systems, CRM) are a plus
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with excellent time management
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to various departments
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation
Manage data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with reporting and internal communications
