Bilingual Administrative Assistant needed for a non-profit in Downtown Orlando!
Pay: $18/hour
Temp to Perm
Schedule: M-F - 35-40hrs a week
Location: Downtown Orlando, FL 32801
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable with daily data entry, filing and customer service via email communications and phone calls.
• The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Safe Environment Director.
• The Administrative Assistant assists the various parishes, schools and associated entities in fulfilling Safe Environment compliance requirements
Requirements
• Three to five years of office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English. Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills.
