Bilingual Admin. Listing Coordinator (On-Site)
-Real Estate Company
– Camarillo, CA
-Schedule: 9AM–6PM • Pay: $24–$28/hr DOE • Direct Hire
-Must be Bilingual: Spanish/English

-Summary: Responsible for managing all aspects of the listing process, supporting agents and sellers, coordinating property preparation, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in MLS and marketing platforms. Acts as the main liaison between sellers, agents, photographers, stagers, and vendors while keeping all listing activities organized and on schedule. -Key Responsibilities: • Prepare listing paperwork, disclosures, and documentation • Enter and maintain property details in MLS and internal systems • Coordinate photography, videography, staging, signage, and vendor scheduling • Manage listing timelines, updates, and status changes • Serve as primary contact for sellers and support agents with listing needs • Schedule showings, inspections, and open houses • Create and distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social media posts) • Maintain organized digital/physical listing files and ensure compliance with brokerage/MLS rules

-Requirements: • 1–3 years of real estate experience • Bilingual Spanish required • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficiency with MLS, CRM systems, and office software • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently • Real estate license a plus (not required)
