What You’ll Do:
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Perform data entry with high accuracy
Assist with invoicing, payment posting, and vendor communications
Support account reconciliations and month-end close
Maintain organized and compliant financial records
Provide administrative and front desk support

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of Accounting Clerk experience required
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Bilingual English/Spanish required
