Bilingual AP/HR Clerk

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Clerk with some Accounts Payable experience to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term placement. Located in San Marcos, CA. $21–$23/hour DOE, Temp-to-hire

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support:

-Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day employee questions and HR-related needs.

-Provide bilingual support to ensure clear communication with Spanish-speaking staff.

-Help coordinate and conduct new hire orientation.

-Serve as backup support for payroll processing when the HR Manager is out of the office.

-Maintain employee records and assist with administrative HR functions.

Systems & Administration:

-Work within Paycom for HR and payroll tasks (experience preferred but not required—training will be provided).

-Accounts Payable Assistance

-Provide light Accounts Payable support, including basic invoice and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

-Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

-Previous HR administrative experience preferred.

-Accounts Payable experience

-Experience with Paycom is a plus, but not required.

-Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.

-Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
