A very professional insurance company is urgently hiring a Benefits Support Specialist to assist agents and account managers in delivering top-tier service in employee benefits.
This is a ground-level role with strong growth potential, ideal for someone looking to build a career in insurance operations and client support.
What You’ll Do:
*Support agents with rate sheets, claims research, and enrollment packets
*Prepare and update benefit guides and census data
*Scrub applications and submit to carriers
*Process client enrollments, changes, and terminations
*Maintain documentation in BenefitPoint and AMS systems
*Assist with renewals and general client correspondence
What We’re Looking For:
*1+ years of administrative or insurance support experience
*Strong Excel and data entry skills
*Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
*Strong communication skills for internal and client-facing interactions
*Life & Health Insurance License is a plus, or willingness to obtain one (higher pay available for licensed candidates)
