Immediate need for Benefit Enrollment Specialists for our client located in West Palm Beach.
A Benefits Enrollment Specialist is responsible for managing employee participation in various benefit programs, such as health insurance, ancillary benefits, and other perks.
Must have your 2-15 Life and Health Insurance Agent License.
This role involves effectively communicating the details of these benefits to employees, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The specialist is committed to providing excellent service to worksites, employees, and internal partners.
Educating employees about their benefits, enrollment processes, and choices. Understands and references benefit documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and laws, including Section 125. Maintains knowledge of all systems, processes and changes pertaining to various benefit plans, regulatory changes, policy changes, industry developments and internal resources to ensure compliance with departmental processes and company guidelines.
Prepares and process basic benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and adjustments for Benefit offerings to ensure timely processing for worksite employees while maintaining accurate and timely record of actions in CRM.
You will work one 8-hour shift between 8am and 8pm. (8am-5pm; 9am-6pm; 10am-7pm; 11am-8pm)
