About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Benefits Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and administration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our team members understand and receive the full value of their benefits packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, FSA/HSA, and retirement plans.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims.
Coordinate open enrollment processes, including communication, system updates, and employee support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefits records in HRIS and vendor systems.
Liaise with benefits providers and brokers to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
Assist with benefits reporting, audits, and compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., ACA, COBRA, HIPAA).
Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to benefits enrollment and termination.
Educate employees on available benefits and wellness programs through presentations, materials, and one-on-one support.
