We're seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support participants and employers with benefits and claims inquiries. In this client-facing role, you'll handle calls, provide guidance on benefits policies, and ensure accurate documentation. Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with experience in customer service or benefits support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from active and former participants/employees regarding benefits plans
Support client/employer plan administrators with inquiries and guidance
Provide clear, friendly education on benefits products, policies, and IRS regulations
Escalate complex issues to specialized teams as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in multiple software systems
Develop and maintain a solid understanding of our products and procedures
Key Skills:
Associate’s degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of client or customer service experience
Strong research and problem-solving abilities
Proficient with multiple computer systems and able to multitask effectively
Contact center or call center experience preferred
Experience in employee benefits, health insurance, or claims is a plus
