Benefits Administrator – Redmond, WA (100% Onsite)
Full time | Open to WA State Residents Only

We are looking for a detail-oriented, compliance-minded Benefits Administrator to support benefits operations for a Redmond-based team. This 100% onsite role is ideal for someone who works accurately, communicates clearly, and handles confidential information with professionalism and care.

What You Will Do:

Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and leave programs

Support benefits enrollment, changes, and qualifying life events

Respond to employee questions and provide clear, accurate benefits guidance

Maintain benefits records and ensure data accuracy across HR and payroll systems

Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance requirements

Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal HR partners

Support annual open enrollment and benefits communications

What You Bring:

Experience in benefits administration, HR coordination, or a related role

Strong attention to detail and comfort working with confidential data

Clear, professional communication skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accuracy under time pressure

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS or benefits platforms

Ability to work onsite in Redmond, WA (WA residents only)
