BENEFITS REP OR ADMIN
Location: 100% on site in Torrance
Pay: $28hr – can pay a little more too
Type: Temp for 2-3mo
Misc: Selected candidate must clear criminal background check
Industry: Credit Union
Reports to Director of Benefits. Client needs someone savvy with LOA and CA Benefits - will help catch up on all paperwork and inputting. Need someone tech savvy to be able to keep up with the process, inputting, pulling info/reports, etc.
Review and organize pending LOA and benefits documentation
Input employee benefit elections and changes into HRIS or benefits systems - will use Symetra for tracking
Track and update LOA statuses (FMLA, CFRA, PFL, etc.) in internal records
Follow up with employees and providers for missing or incomplete paperwork
Maintain accurate and confidential employee benefit files
Support benefits enrollment, changes, and eligibility audits
Prepare summary reports for HR team on benefits/LOA activity
Ensure compliance with federal and state leave regulations
Provide general administrative support to Benefits/HR team as needed
