Bankruptcy Paralegal - Chapter 11
Position Overview
Mid-sized, AV-rated Orlando law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Bankruptcy Paralegal to join its Business Bankruptcy and Reorganization Practice Group. This role requires very strong litigation experience in bankruptcy matters.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of commercial/business bankruptcy experience (REQUIRED)
Strong experience in Chapter 11 matters
Extensive bankruptcy litigation experience (MUST HAVE)
Experience with e-filing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Westlaw
Experience using Best Case software strongly preferred
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility
Comfortable working in a cloud-based network environment
Litigation-focused paralegal with strong attention to detail
Stable employment history
Team player with a positive, professional attitude
Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
Self-motivated and dependable
First 90 days fully in-office for training - Hybrid option available after 90 days (up to 2 days remote per week, based on performance)
