COMMERCIAL BANKRUPTCY PARALEGAL

A mid-sized AV-rated law firm is seeking a Commercial Bankruptcy Paralegal to join its Business Bankruptcy and Reorganization Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in business bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, and insolvency matters.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial bankruptcy

Experience with Chapter 11 matters and Best Case software

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw)

Experience with e-filing

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude

Experience working in a cloud-based network environment is a plus
