We are looking for Collections professionals for the Auto and Bankruptcy department.
Automotive Collections Representative
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of past-due accounts, contact customers via phone and email to resolve delinquencies, negotiate payment arrangements and settlements, document all collection activities accurately, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and support customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will have 1 to 2 years of recent collections or customer service experience, preferably in automotive finance, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a goal-driven mindset with attention to detail.
Bankruptcy Representative
This position involves monitoring and managing accounts involved in bankruptcy (Chapters 7, 11, and 13), reviewing legal documents and court filings, communicating with attorneys, trustees, and courts, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of recent experience in bankruptcy, legal support, or financial services, familiarity with bankruptcy laws and procedures, and excellent organizational and documentation skills.
