Banking Services Representative
Location: Point West Sacramento, CA
Status: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Pay: Up to $30.00/hour (DOE)

Job Overview
Support daily branch operations and provide outstanding service to clients. This role assists with account transactions, new accounts, consumer and small business lending applications, and general branch services.
What You’ll Do

Assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and inquiries
Support new consumer and small business account openings
Process wire transfers and currency transactions
Balance and maintain cash and coin drawers
Complete required regulatory and transaction reports
Assist with fraud dispute documentation and ATM deposit reviews

What We’re Looking For

1 year of recent branch teller and/or new accounts experience
Knowledge of consumer banking products and regulations
Strong customer service and sales mindset
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Professional communication and computer proficiency
Business checking/trust account experience preferred
