Banking Professionals are needed for direct hire opportunities with a growing community financial institution in Sacramento, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Open new customer accounts, process account changes, and provide accurate account service support.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and solutions-focused customer service to branch customers.
- Process routine banking transactions while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
- Support daily branch operations, documentation, and customer relationship management activities.
- Assist with more complex account needs, service requests, and issue resolution based on role level.
- For senior-level positions, provide staff support, operational guidance, and help maintain branch service excellence.
Compensation and Benefits
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Location: Sacramento, CA.
- New Accounts / CSR II: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
- New Accounts / CSR III: $22.05 to $26.95 per hour.
- Senior New Accounts / CSR III: $23.40 to $28.60 per hour.
- Overall salary range: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Open new accounts and support customer account maintenance.
- Process branch transactions and assist with daily banking operations.
- Provide customer service, relationship support, and issue resolution.
- Support operational accuracy, compliance, and branch service standards.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant banking, branch, customer service, or financial services experience preferred.
- Experience in new accounts, teller operations, CSR, or branch banking is strongly aligned with these roles.
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented branch environment.
- Professional customer service mindset with the ability to support a wide range of customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior community banking, consumer banking, or credit union experience.
- Experience opening personal or business accounts.
- Familiarity with branch operations, account documentation, transaction processing, and customer service standards.
- Ability to assist with staff development, team support, or operational guidance for senior-level roles.
