Role Overview:
We’re looking for a senior banking professional with deep experience in back office operations and commercial banking. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building efficient systems and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead back office functions including transaction processing, reconciliations, and reporting
Support commercial banking operations and client account management
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal controls
Partner across teams to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery

Qualifications:

5+ years in banking, with a focus on back office and commercial banking
Strong understanding of banking systems, compliance, and financial products
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in a startup-style, collaborative environment
