We’re looking for an experienced Banker to join a relationship-focused branch where exceptional customer service and community banking come first.


This is a great opportunity for a banking professional with teller and new account experience who enjoys building client relationships and helping customers find the right banking solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Open and service consumer and business accounts
  • Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with account maintenance and banking needs
  • Recommend banking products and services based on customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including BSA requirements
  • Support daily branch operations and team goals

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of retail banking/teller experience
  • Experience opening consumer and business accounts
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, account documentation, and BSA compliance
  • Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems
  • Professional handling of confidential information

Preferred Experience

  • CDs, IRAs, Trust Accounts, and business banking
  • Community or relationship-based banking
  • Meeting referral and branch sales goals
