Are you experienced in opening and closing bank accounts and passionate about helping customers? We’re hiring Client Service Representatives at multiple levels — and we’re specifically looking for candidates with strong New Accounts experience.
If you’ve handled account opening, maintenance, and closures, this role is built for you.
?? What You’ll Be Doing
Open and close consumer and business bank accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trust & Estate) ?
Manage the full new account process from application to activation and closure
Ensure accurate documentation, account setup, and compliance (BSA/KYC)
Maintain and service accounts, including updates, changes, and closures
Assist clients in choosing the right banking products and services
Cross-sell and refer services to meet customer needs
Handle client inquiries and provide top-tier customer service
Support branch operations including teller transactions and reporting
? WE ARE PRIORITIZING CANDIDATES WITH:
? Strong experience in NEW ACCOUNT OPENING (consumer required)
? Hands-on experience in ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE & CLOSURES ?
? Knowledge of account documentation, titling, and compliance
? Ability to manage high-volume account processing with accuracy
? Qualifications by Level
?? CSR II
1+ year banking teller experience
Experience opening consumer accounts
Exposure to account maintenance and closing processes
?? CSR III
2+ years banking teller experience
Experience opening consumer + basic business accounts
Strong background in opening, servicing, and closing accounts ?
Knowledge of banking regulations (BSA, compliance)
?? Senior CSR
3+ years banking teller experience
Advanced experience with consumer + complex business account opening ?
Proven expertise in end-to-end account lifecycle (open to close)
Strong knowledge of compliance, documentation, and regulations
Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
