Are you experienced in opening and closing bank accounts and delivering top-tier customer service? We’re hiring Client Service Representatives (CSR II, CSR III, and Senior CSR) to join our team!

? Key Responsibilities (Focus on New Accounts)
Open and close consumer and business bank accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trust & Estate)
Manage the full account lifecycle: opening, maintenance, updates, and closures
Process and verify new account documentation with accuracy and compliance
Ensure proper account titling, KYC, and regulatory requirements (BSA)
Assist clients in selecting the right banking products and services
Cross-sell and refer bank products to meet client needs
Handle client inquiries, account changes, and issue resolution
Support branch operations including teller transactions and reporting
? Top Qualifications We’re Looking For
? Must-Have (ALL LEVELS)
Experience with opening and closing consumer bank accounts
Strong understanding of new account processes and documentation
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information with accuracy
?? CSR II (Entry-Level)
? 1+ year banking teller experience
? Experience opening consumer accounts
? Basic exposure to account maintenance and closures
?? CSR III (Mid-Level)
? 2+ years banking teller experience
? Experience opening consumer AND basic business accounts
? Strong experience with account opening, servicing, and closing ?
? Knowledge of BSA and banking regulations
?? Senior CSR (Advanced Level)
? 3+ years banking teller experience
? Advanced experience opening consumer AND complex business accounts ?
? Proven ability to manage high-volume new accounts + complex account closures
? Strong knowledge of compliance, regulations, and account structuring
? Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
