What You’ll Do Open and maintain consumer and business accounts Build strong relationships by recommending the right banking products and services Support branch growth through excellent service and smart cross-selling Ensure accuracy, compliance, and documentation across all transactions Deliver friendly, professional service in person and over the phone (Senior-level roles may support complex business accounts, treasury services, and act as a branch backup.) What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of banking/teller experience (level depends on role) Experience opening consumer accounts (business accounts a plus) Strong communication, judgment, and customer service skills Comfortable with Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems Competitive hourly pay with career growth opportunities Paid, on-the-clock community volunteer time (10 CRA hours/year) Supportive team environment with a strong focus on clients and community
