Seeking a Relationship-Focused Personal Banker / Universal Banker with 2+ years of retail banking experience and strong new account opening skills. This role is ideal for a customer-centric professional who excels at delivering financial solutions while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Open and service consumer and business accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trust & Estate accounts)
• Build client relationships through needs-based conversations and cross-selling
• Support teller transactions while ensuring accuracy and risk control
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries
• Identify opportunities for branch growth and client retention
• Maintain compliance with BSA, AML, KYC, and bank policies

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of retail banking / branch banking experience
• Proven experience with new accounts and platform operations
• Strong teller knowledge and transaction accuracy
• Consultative sales and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of banking regulations (BSA / AML / KYC)
• Proficiency with core banking systems and Microsoft Office
