Join our team as a Client Service Representative, where you’ll help customers open accounts, access financial services, and enjoy an exceptional banking experience. Depending on your background, you may qualify for CSR II, CSR III, or Senior CSR III.
What You’ll Do
Open and maintain consumer and business accounts
Assist customers in selecting banking products and services
Cross-sell bank products and generate new business
Provide outstanding in-person and phone customer service
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with banking regulations
Process teller transactions as needed
Maintain strong knowledge of bank products and account requirements
Complete required CRA volunteer hours (10 per year)
Perform additional branch support duties as assigned
What You Bring
CSR II:
1+ year teller experience
Beginner experience opening consumer accounts
Strong customer service and communication skills
CSR III:
2+ years teller experience
Experience opening consumer and basic business accounts
Knowledge of BSA and Information Security
Senior CSR III:
3+ years teller experience
Advanced experience with complex business accounts
Supervisory experience preferred
Ability to support escalations and branch operations
