We are seeking a Senior Banker with prior banking experience to support new account services in a professional branch environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, handling account openings, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

-Opening and maintaining consumer accounts, with exposure to basic business accounts
-Assisting clients in selecting appropriate banking products and services
-Processing new account transactions accurately and efficiently
-Providing friendly, professional service in person and by phone
-Supporting branch operations and assisting with teller transactions as needed
-Ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 2 years of banking or teller experience
-Experience opening new consumer accounts required
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
-Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems
-Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
