We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Client Service Representatives (CSR).

In this role, you will work directly with clients to manage account transactions, assist with financial services, and support business development goals. If you’re passionate about customer service and skilled in banking operations, we look forward to connecting with you!

Key Responsibilities:
New Accounts CSR
Open and manage new consumer and basic business accounts.
Support clients with account selection and financial services.
Cross-sell bank products to existing and potential clients.
Manage and process accounts, ensuring compliance with all banking regulations.
Perform teller transactions and maintain account balancing.
Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing client needs.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a banking teller.
Advanced experience opening consumer and complex business accounts.
Supervisory experience preferred.
In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, including BSA and Information Security.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong communication skills.
