Seeking a solutions-focused Banker. In this role, you’ll provide personalized financial support, build lasting client relationships, and help customers reach their financial goals. You’ll assist with opening and managing a variety of consumer and business accounts while identifying ways to offer products that truly meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
• Open and manage consumer and business accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trusts, and Estate accounts
• Deliver tailored financial solutions through active listening and thoughtful product recommendations
• Step in to support teller transactions as needed, ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance
• Respond to client inquiries and requests with professionalism and attention to detail
• Contribute to branch growth by identifying opportunities for new business
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and all banking regulations, including BSA
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in banking, with a strong foundation in teller operations and account openings
• Proven track record in customer service and consultative sales
• Solid understanding of banking compliance and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and core banking systems
