Seeking a friendly, solutions-oriented Banker to provide personalized service, build lasting client relationships, and support our customers with their financial goals. In this role, you’ll assist clients with opening and managing a range of consumer and basic business accounts, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell products that meet their needs.

Duties:
• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts (including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trusts, and Estate accounts).
• Deliver tailored financial solutions through attentive listening and product recommendations.
• Support teller functions as needed, ensuring fast, accurate, and compliant transactions.
• Respond to account inquiries and complete client requests with care and attention to detail.
• Help grow branch success by identifying new business opportunities.
• Ensure full compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards, including BSA.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in banking, with strong teller and new account opening background.
• Proven customer service and sales skills with a proactive, client-first approach.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and core banking systems.
