We are seeking an experienced Bank Teller | Financial Services Representative I for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Windsor, CO. Key Responsibilities

- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, night deposits, cashier's checks, money orders, and other routine banking transactions accurately.
- Maintain and balance an assigned cash drawer, investigate discrepancies, manage cash levels, and assist with ATM balancing and replenishment.
- Open, close, and maintain deposit products, including checking, savings, NOW accounts, certificates of deposit, and related accounts.
- Provide professional customer service by answering account questions, resolving routine issues, and escalating complex concerns when needed.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products, digital banking tools, and financial services.
- Support additional branch operations, including safe deposit box access, incoming mail transactions, basic loan administration, and compliance with internal procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $18 to $23 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Process teller transactions, cash handling, account activity, and branch banking services with accuracy.
- Open and maintain customer deposit accounts while following banking procedures and compliance requirements.
- Deliver customer service, relationship development, and needs-based product recommendations.
- Support branch operations, including ATM balancing, safe deposit box procedures, mail transactions, and documentation.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2+ years of banking, teller, financial services, or customer service experience required.
- Strong cash-handling, cash balancing, and transaction-processing skills.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn banking systems and software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential customer and financial information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail banking environment.
- Willingness to travel between branch locations within the region when business needs require.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash and financial instruments securely.
- Commitment to following banking regulations, security procedures, training requirements, and internal policies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous retail banking or branch banking experience.
- Experience opening and servicing checking, savings, certificate of deposit, and related deposit accounts.
- Experience with teller systems, cash drawer balancing, ATM operations, night deposits, or branch cash procedures.
- Familiarity with customer identification procedures, banking disclosures, compliance requirements, and account documentation.
- Experience identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking products or financial services.
- 6-10 years of related banking, financial services, or customer-facing branch experience is a strong fit for this opportunity.
