Position Summary
You will be responsible for opening and servicing consumer accounts while delivering high-quality customer service. This position assists clients with selecting appropriate accounts and financial services, processes account transactions accurately, and actively promotes the Bank’s products and services. The role supports branch operations through clerical duties and ensures full compliance with all Bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. This position does not have supervisory authority.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Open new consumer accounts and process all related account transactions accurately and efficiently
Assist clients in selecting appropriate deposit accounts and financial services based on their needs
Actively cross-sell the Bank’s products and services to existing and prospective clients

Maintain, service, and close all types of consumer accounts as requested
Perform routine branch clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Promote the Bank’s business by maintaining positive client relationships
Refer clients to appropriate Bank staff or partners for additional products and services
Ensure compliance with all Bank policies, procedures, and internal controls

Adhere to all applicable state and federal banking laws and regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

Knowledge of consumer banking products and account opening procedures
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing and documentation
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Effective communication and organizational skills

Working Conditions:
Branch-based position
No supervisory responsibilities
