Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service while building strong, lasting relationships with banking customers.
- Assist customers with daily banking needs, including transactions, account questions, deposits, withdrawals, wires, debit cards, and online or mobile banking support.
- Review, process, and maintain banking documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify, research, and resolve account issues, transaction discrepancies, and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support loan servicing, deposit operations, and other banking operations functions as needed.
- Recommend appropriate banking products and services based on customer needs while following established procedures and regulations.

- Compensation: $48,000 to $52,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support day-to-day retail banking transactions, customer account services, and operational banking functions.
- Process banking documentation, resolve account discrepancies, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Assist with deposits, withdrawals, wires, debit cards, digital banking, loan servicing, and related banking services.
- Deliver professional customer service while identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions.

- 3 to 5 years of banking, financial services, retail banking, or related customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in a Universal Banker, Personal Banker, Bank Teller, Loan Servicing, Deposit Operations, or Banking Customer Service role is strongly preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Ability to troubleshoot account or transaction issues and apply sound problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using banking systems, digital banking tools, and standard office technology.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Professional, positive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when needed.
- High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Recent community banking, credit union, or retail banking experience.
- Exposure to loan servicing, deposit operations, wire processing, debit card support, or online and mobile banking support.
- Experience identifying customer needs and recommending banking products or services.
- Strong interest in building a long-term career within a relationship-focused financial institution.
