Seeking an experienced Branch Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of the branch while ensuring exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance. This role is critical in maintaining operational standards, coaching staff, and assisting the Branch Manager in driving branch performance.
Duties:
• Schedule branch staff to ensure adequate coverage
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
• Provide training, support, and performance feedback to staff
• Maintain branch security and ensure proper controls are in place
• Handle escalated client inquiries and resolve account issues
• Oversee daily reports including overdrafts, file maintenance, and exceptions
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
• Minimum 2 years of operations experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems
• Notary Public preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
