Bank Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of a full-service bank branch. This role is responsible for branch performance, sales leadership, customer service, compliance, staff development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop branch staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals
Drive branch growth through relationship building, community involvement, and business development
Oversee branch operations, compliance, audits, security, and risk management
Coach employees on sales techniques, customer engagement, and performance expectations
Monitor branch profitability, deposit growth, and operational performance
Resolve customer concerns and support complex business and consumer account needs
Ensure compliance with all bank policies and state/federal banking regulations

Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of banking branch experience
Minimum 5 years of branch management experience
Minimum 3 years managing complex business and consumer accounts
Proven sales leadership and branch growth success
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and customer service skills
Experience with hiring, training, and performance management
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems
Active involvement in local business/community organizations preferred
Notary Public preferred
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation required
