$95,000 – $107,000 + Bonuses
Seeking a bank Branch Manager to lead a high-performing branch team while driving sales, customer experience, and operational excellence. You’ll own daily branch performance, develop employees, grow deposits, and build strong community relationships.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage branch operations, staff, and performance
• Drive new accounts and deposit growth
• Coach and develop team members
• Ensure compliance and service excellence
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 7 years in a branch environment
• Minimum of 5 years branch management experience
• Minimum of 3 years management of complex business and consumer accounts
• Strong sales and leadership track record
• Active involvement in business related local community organizations (i.e., Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, etc.)
