seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of a full-service bank branch. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance, and developing a high-performing team. This is a fully onsite position.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily branch operations, client service, and staff performance
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve sales and service goals
• Drive deposit growth through sales strategies, community involvement, and relationship building
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulations
• Monitor branch performance, financials, and operational metrics
• Resolve complex client issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Support audits, reporting, and overall branch profitability
Qualifications:
• Minimum 7+ years of banking experience, including 5+ years in branch management
• Proven track record of sales performance and branch growth
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Experience managing complex business and consumer accounts
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Active involvement in local community organizations strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems
