The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service bank branch including operations, client service, product sales, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and demonstrated branch growth, with at least seven years of experience in a branch environment and five years in branch management. They should have a minimum of three years managing complex business and consumer accounts. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential, along with leadership experience in team building and customer service. The role requires experience in hiring, training, coaching, and managing employee performance. Active participation in local business-related community organizations, such as Rotary or the Chamber of Commerce, is preferred. Notary Public certification is a plus. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking software is required, as is the ability to work flexible hours when needed. A current California driver’s license and a vehicle with proper insurance coverage are also necessary to perform job duties. Great benefits, perks and bonuses!
