Seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of a full-service bank branch. This role combines leadership, sales, operations, and customer service to drive branch growth and ensure an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing branch team.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Drive deposit growth and new business through proactive sales strategies.
• Deliver and model exceptional customer service.
• Manage branch audits, approvals, and financial reporting.
• Resolve customer issues and handle complex transactions.
• Represent the bank in community and networking events.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of branch banking experience, including 5+ in management.
• Proven success in sales and team leadership.
• Experience handling complex consumer and business accounts.
• Strong communication, coaching, and operational skills.
• Community involvement; Notary Public preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking platforms.
