Board Member Opportunity | Banking Industry - Puerto Rico
A leading banking institution in Puerto Rico is seeking an experienced Board Member to join its Board of Directors.
This opportunity is intended for a senior banking professional with deep industry experience who can provide strategic insight, independent perspective, and high-level advisory support to executive leadership as the institution continues to grow.
Profile We Are Seeking:
• Extensive executive-level experience in banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of banking operations, risk management, and regulatory environments
• Proven ability to contribute strategic thinking and sound judgment at the board level
• Experience supporting executive teams through growth, change, or transformation
• Prior board experience is a plus, but not required
Role Highlights:
• Serve as a member of the Board of Directors
• Provide strategic guidance and industry insight to executive leadership
• Participate in high-level discussions related to growth, risk, and long-term direction
• Act as a trusted advisor supporting key business decisions
Compensation:
