Brake Press Operator / Fabricator
-LOCATION: Santa Ana, CA
-HOURS: 1st Shift
-PAY: $24–$30/hour DOE
-THE ROLE: We are currently seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator / Fabricator to join a growing manufacturing team in Santa Ana. This role is responsible for setting up and operating press brake machinery to bend and shape metal components while maintaining production accuracy, quality, and safety standards.
-Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate press brake machines in a manufacturing environment
• Install and align dies, adjust machine settings, and verify material thickness and pressure settings
• Read blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure accurate production
• Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Load and unload materials manually or with lifting equipment/cranes as needed
• Troubleshoot machine or production issues and report equipment concerns
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company safety procedures

-Qualifications: • Previous press brake and metal fabrication experience required • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings • Basic math and measurement skills required • Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
