Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Required)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized office environment and enjoys supporting daily operations.
Schedule
2 days per week
8 hours per day
$20 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
Assist with document preparation, filing, and general office tasks
Support team members with administrative and clerical duties
Ensure documentation is clear, complete, and properly maintained
Requirements
Bilingual (required)
Minimum 3 years of experience in an office/administrative setting
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency with basic office software and data entry
Professional communication and customer service skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
