We’re Hiring: B2B Collections Specialist
Location: West Valley City, UT
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $22.00/hour

Are you a professional communicator with a knack for building relationships and resolving issues? We’re looking for a Business-to-Business (B2B) Collections Specialist to join our team and help manage accounts receivable with accuracy, confidence, and a customer-first approach.

In this role, you'll work closely with business clients to resolve outstanding balances while maintaining strong partnerships. If you’re detail-oriented, assertive yet respectful, and thrive in a structured, Monday–Friday schedule—we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Contact business clients via phone and email to resolve overdue accounts
Research billing issues and provide timely, accurate account updates
Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure follow-through
Maintain detailed records of all collection activity in our system
Collaborate with internal teams on billing, customer service, and dispute resolution

What You Bring:
1+ year of collections or accounts receivable experience (B2B preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
High level of professionalism and customer service mindset
Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and manage multiple accounts
Comfortable with MS Office and standard billing software
