We are seeking an Automotive Contracts Administrator to support daily dealership office operations. This role is ideal for someone with prior dealership experience who is comfortable handling high-volume paperwork, DMV documentation, and contract processing.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the dealership office and management team
Process all vehicle paperwork, including titles, DMV documentation, and registrations
Assist with deal processing, contract paperwork, and deal posting
Enter and maintain accurate data in dealership management systems
Support accounting tasks: invoicing, filing, and general recordkeeping
Answer phones, greet customers, and assist with daily office inquiries
Coordinate with sales, service, and finance to ensure accuracy of all paperwork
Prepare and package deals for funding; send out contracts; support funding follow-up
Handle dealer trade paperwork and wholesale title work to ensure wholesales are funded
Maintain organized documentation and assist with general office operations

Requirements

Previous automotive dealership experience is required

Familiarity with:

DMV title and registration processing
Deal posting and contract packaging
Sending out contracts for funding
Dealer trades & wholesale title work

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and comfortable working an early morning schedule (7 AM start)
